Part-Time Admin and Support Student Officer in London
We are looking for an Admin and Student Support Officer that can work in school everyday, Monday to Friday, for 4 hours a day, 8:45 - 13:0. This is a new role for a bright and enthusiastic candidate with previous experience in customer service.
What are you going to do:
· To support an excellent student experience and to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment is provided for all our students in all aspects of their stay.
· To assist students in their learning journey, and in particular helping students who may be finding their programme challenging and/or may be finding it difficult to adjust to studying and living in the UK
· To deal sensitively and effectively with student queries, problems and complaints.
· To ensure that the centre, facilities and information points are well maintained and safe
· To have good knowledge and understanding of relevant handbooks and procedural documents
· To support the Centre team in ensuring to comply with British Council requirements
· To help create new enrolments, manage changes and deal with terminations/cancellations
· To organise, book and manage student accommodation, transfers and other related services
· To ensure student finance per booking is entered correctly and timely
· Providing after-sales support to students
· General assistance with the office management
· To adhere to company dress and behaviour codes
· Other duties as deemed necessary by the Head of Operations and Systems

Your experience:
- Previous experience within UK Company carrying out similar role
- Proficient PC user - Word, Excel, & CRM software would be beneficial but not essential
