COMMUNITY STAFF NURSE

Band 5: £26,104 - £32,915 pro rata per annum

Two positions available - 37.5 hours per week – Full time, Permanent

East District Nursing Team are looking to recruit Band 5 Registered Nurses.

Hours of work 37.5 over 5 days including weekends and Public Holiday

Shifts 0830-1700/30 or 1200-2000/30 

As a Community Staff Nurse you will be working within the Health and Social Care Team, reporting to the District Nurse Caseload Holder

We are seeking to recruit nurses who are committed to nursing in the community to support individuals to remain at home and prevent hospital admission.

As a lone worker you need the ability to adapt to changing and unknown situations  and be able to work well in a complex environment .

Included in/post induction will be clinical skills development opportunities to support you in the role.
