Fitness Instructor / Front of House in London
The Front of House (FOH) Team is our member's first point of contact and set the tone for the member experience at City Athletic: we expect energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to customer service.
What are you going to do:
City Athletic is a premium, performance-driven health club with sites in both Moorgate (EC2R) and Victoria (SW1).
- Meeting and greeting all members and guests to the club and creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Know The Club: equipment, timetable, instructors, pricing, etc.
- Create a rapport with our members
- Sales Outreach e.g. leafletting and attending events
- Reporting maintenance requirements
- Teach small group classes
- Opening and Closing the club
- Level 2 fitness instructor Qualification
- 5-Star customer service skills/experience
- Good Communicator
- Friendly disposition
- Interest in health and fitness (you can train in the gym yourself before or after work, and on your days off)
- Good Organisational skills

The club, changing rooms, and reception space must be kept clean and maintained to a high level for operations to deliver a premium service and facilities to all our members and guests.
