About The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to help continue driving the business forward, working closely with the General Manager and the showroom team we want you to provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Kitchen Sales Consultants ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
You will earn a basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission with OTE of £40,000+
Main Responsibilities:
You will identify opportunities for the team to increase sales growth and ensure that Wren's standard of customer service is being consistently delivered. You will always display a can-do attitude, maintaining a positive and motivating environment. With a hands-on approach to recruitment, development, coaching and managing all showroom colleagues, this is a great opportunity to develop your management career. As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
