Introduction
Are you looking for a career where you are valued and recognised? If so, join Spring Wood Lodge as a Receptionist/Hospital Administrator and be a part of a supportive team in Guiseley. 

Reporting Directly to Natalie, the Hospital Director, you will be a warm and welcoming face for staff and visitors as they arrive at the service and will directing all communications to the correct department.

When you are not turning your hand to reception-related duties, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, this includes filling, faxing, photocopying and managing the administration emails.

Working alongside the wider team, you will update and upload documentation on care notes, input and maintain the billing systems alongside the Finance department and will review clinical paperwork for Information Governance purposes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment and/or role
  • Phone etiquette 
  • Administration experience
