Part-Time Bartenders and Floor Staff for a new lounge/nightclub in Kingsbury, London

What are you going to do:

As part of the Floor team you are expected to carry out the following task as part of your contractual commitment. 

• Preparing tables to a set standard.

• Greeting and seating customers from the door.

• Taking/Pacing and Making recommendations on what is available.

• Delivering food and drinks to all tables.

• As well as ensuring all payments are processed through the till in a timely manner.

• Ensuring the venus is Cleaned to set standards at the end of your shifts.

• Reporting to the shift supervisor at the start and the end of your shifts.

• Taking responsibility for any Cash or credit card payment processed during your shift.

• Ensuring that you pass on any guest feedback to your supervisor during shift.

For Bar Staff

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers.

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.

• Process payment from customers.

• Clean glasses and bar utensils.

• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.

• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.

• Putting away drinks deliveries.

• Bar stock count weekly.

• Bar prep for service daily.
