Salary equivalent of £19,546.80 - £20,347.60 Per Year Plus Overtime.
 
 
Stock and Delivery Team Leader: £10.74 - £11.18 Per Hour.
 
 
Our store in Salisbury are looking for a minimum 35 hour a week Stock and Delivery Team Leader. This is a fundamental part of our leadership team where you will provide a high level of management and ongoing coaching for your colleagues.

You will be completely focused on the performance and experience of our people; both colleagues and customers.

Setting and always aiming towards store-targets and key performance indicators you’ll be dedicated to a specific group of individuals in store who’s aim is to directly sell to our customers, as Window Treatment Hosts, and Textiles and Styling Sales Assistants.

Training and continued professional development of your team is vital and our Made-to-Measure department will be your second home, so it’s vital you ensure Dunelm’s merchandising efforts meet expectations and monitor how they ultimately affect the performance of your team.

You’ll contribute to the recruitment and training of new colleagues and be a valued member of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs.

You’ll be completely comfortable and confident in a sales environment and always self-assured in exceeding targets whilst maintaining a “keep-it-simple” approach.

You’ll be a flexible individual able to work across the weekends and evenings.

Your respectful and committed nature will ensure that the care of your team is of high priority to you and working closely with other Team Leaders throughout the store, as well as the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager, means you’ll be an effective communicator, committed to success throughout both your department and the entirety of Dunelm.
