Being a Housekeeping supervisor is so much more than cleaning. It's an opportunity to create a safe environment for your team to help them deliver great healthcare.
As the housekeeping supervisor you will actively co-ordinate the delivery of the housekeeping service to ensure pre-determined standards of visual biology cleanliness are continually achieved across the hospital site.
The supervisor will offer professional support and team leadership skills, to help underpin and maintain good relations and morale with both housekeeping staff and our customer base.
Working 37.5 hours a week, which will include weekend working on a rota basis. You will join the housekeeping team at Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley, where you'll enjoy being part of an established team that values and recognises your hard work.

Other Responsibilities Include:
- Supervision of housekeepers
- Responsibility for compliance with all housekeeping documentation
- Laundry duties and cleaning all linen cupboards and storerooms
- Promote and follow Government and company processes
- Clean all areas of the service to the highest of standards using the appropriate cleaning equipment
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Desirable - experience of managing a team
- Have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment
- Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done
- Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively
- Be a good communicator
- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
