Business data Analyst/designer in East Brent
We are looking for someone to come in and work with the business looking at all the data we collect and then commercialise this for the business. We have a lots of different data streams to manage this all with.
What are you going to do:
The Job role is to analyse the data within the business, pull this into a smarter way for PVS to manage the data and commercialise the data. Allow our customers to understand what their data is telling us and why it is telling us. To then work on desinging a way to share our findings with our customers and other users that may want to buy the data.
The business has various data fields coming into it, from: -
Fuel volumes and costs
Tyre size and costs
Maintenance costs
Telematics data - Idyling, journey times, speeding events
When MOT's are due, PMI, Servicing, LOLER, PUWER
The role is ideally office based to allow the candidate to get an understanding of the business and our clients and that we get the best result for the investment. The working days are generally 9 - 5p.m. but we will work with clients that work from 8 - 4 or 10 - 6p.m. This is a 35 hours working week 7 hours per day with an hour lunch.
We are ideally looking for someone that has an interest in working with us to understand what our data is telling us, build models to analise the data, working with us to build BI based solutions for our clients.
