Are you a qualified Occupational Therapist looking to embark on a rewarding career? If so, join the team at Badby Park as the Therapy Lead, where you'll be supported as you shape and empower recovery. It's what delivering great healthcare should feel like. 

You will be working at Badby Park, a service that provides therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by neurological or complex care conditions for which challenging behaviour may lead to impairment. 

As the Therapy Lead, you will have experience in providing guidance and supervision as you will be responsible for managing the therapy team. This will see you coordinate and evaluate the therapy provision, develop therapeutic activities, manage the Therapy Assistants and provide training.

Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you will chair clinical meetings and reviews with the multidisciplinary team and will support, plan and implement clinical development opportunities to innovate and improve therapy related treatments.

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to planning and development of the service
  • Keep the Hospital Director updated with any relevant issues and liaise with the Senior Management Team.
  • To ensure that quality standards and effectiveness of resident care are continually monitored and improved.
  • Oversee Fall’s Management within the service, providing a report to Clinical Governance on a monthly basis.

Location: Badby Road West, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4NH

You will deliver truly person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do, at this specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of the residents.

Set in acres of stunning countryside on the outskirts of Daventry, Badby Park is a grand manor house steeped in history with stunning views, excellent facilities and a tranquil setting. Good road links makes it easily commutable from Daventry, Rugby, Northampton and Banbury
