Are you looking for a new part-time opportunity? If math and spreadsheets are in your comfort zone then this could be your next perfect job.
As a Finance Administration, you will be responsible for managing service users finance through Elysium's digital systems, this will see you monitor transactions, update their information and record all amendments through SAGE. You will take the lead on managing the services petty cash fund.

Your Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Match all invoices with the correct purchase orders and get authorisation from Heads of Department
- To input/amend employee details on our HR system
- Monitor and report on agency spend
