Introduction

Are you an experienced Clinical or Forensic Psychologist looking for your next role?

This is an exciting time in the secure mental health pathways at Chadwick Lodge with a changing population presenting with increased acuity and complexity of mental health needs.  We are looking to recruit a Psychologist who will support the design, development and implementation of  new treatment directions to meet these needs.  There are eight secure wards, with both male and female pathways across low and medium secure settings.  The successful candidate will be working across either of these, with a development plan to specialise in one pathway after an initial development period. 

The role holder will be line managed and supervised by a HCPC registered psychologist and will be part of an inclusive and supportive team of other Psychologists, Forensic Psychologists in Training, Assistant Psychologists and therapy staff.  Interests and experiences in the department include DBT, CFT, CBT, arson, trauma, mindfulness, sexual and violent offending and risk management.

This is a full time post for a clinical or forensic psychologist looking for career development opportunities in secure mental healthcare.  The role is embedded in an established and highly regarded psychology department at the leading edge of Elysium Healthcare.

The post is open to qualified, HCPC registered psychologists, or psychologists in training who will become HCPC registered in the near future.
