E-Commerce Operations Assistant in Chester House, Epsom Ave, Handforth, Cheadle, Greater Manchester, SK9 3DF Handforth Support Office (Hybrid)

Working Hours: Some evening and weekend work may be required

Salary: Up to £26k

About the role

As a Digital Ops Assistant, you will be highly consumer centric with a desire to drive continuous improvement of the experience for all customers who attempt to purchase on the Pets at Home website. This role would sit alongside several other Digital Operations Assistants but hold specific responsibilities within the wider Digital Operations team.

Key responsibilities (will include, but not limited to)

Customer Journeys

• Mapping and tracking all customer digital journeys
• Monitoring and measuring performance
• Understanding and mapping technical touchpoints within the journeys

Transactional Comms

• Creating and maintaining an up-to-date library of ALL comms that we provide to customers  
• Key holder for comm’s changes
• Communication of all changes to key stakeholder groups

Internal relationships/responsibilities

• Key liaison with Customer Service, day to day teams
• Downloading daily extracts
• Updating CS tracker
• Ensuring Master Data is kept up to date
• Complete Barcode work
• Reconciliation of Product Descriptions
• Creating New starter Accounts
• PU allowed reconciliation.
• P/O’s     

What you’ll need

Skills and Knowledge

• Comfortable with using and learning new systems
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with data
• Good Excel skills
