Ivie uses testing to unlock early insights into wellness and offers ‘so what' solutions to D2C, B2B and B2G audiences as part of test and wellness packages. We will offer both digital and instore solutions so users can personalise their experience. Instore also allows us to offer phlebotomy and extended blood testing options.

We will be delivering ‘so what' solutions with our colleagues in H&B as well as curated, best-in-class partners. We will developing a life-long wellness record and looking to develop multiple testing options to ensure that Ivie can deliver wellness for ALL.

The Role:

The Marketing Growth Lead will be responsible for driving the growth of Ivie, a multi-channel wellness brand, through the development, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies across various digital channels. They will have a deep understanding of paid, social, and organic traffic channels, as well as the ability to manage offline media channels and seek out strategic partnerships. They will work closely with the product management team to ensure the digital proposition is operating efficiently and will be obsessive about measurable business metrics to drive results.

The successful candidate will have excellent multi-channel marketing attribution, analytics, and insights awareness, including automation, tag optimization, and GA4 in a privacy-first world. They will also collaborate with the H&B Core Marketing team to identify integrated opportunities as part of wider campaigns, driving the purchase of tests and services across all channels. Finally, they will prioritize conversion in successful test results through services messaging, content, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing online and offline initiatives that attract traffic to digital channels, including gamification, digital marketing, brand alliances, on-ground activation, and so on
  • Identifying, establishing, and hands-on optimising growth channels in order to increase revenue
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from this to optimise campaigns and action opportunities for optimisation
  • Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business
  • Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business
  • Replicating successful marketing strategies at scale
  • General understanding of the application of data, types of data and how to collect requirements for data at each touchpoint of the journey, for activation purposes
  • Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the development of future campaigns and strategies
  • Working with the core marketing team to optimise opportunities from H&B campaigns as well as optimising the impact of the retail estate and existing customer base.
  • Ownership of the Ivie Brand working with H&B and Wellness Futures teams to ensure the brand is delivered consistently across channels.
  • Working with the Product and Tech teams to develop programs to support test conversion.
The Person:

The successful candidate will have at least four years' experience in a related role, with a detailed, hands-on knowledge of relevant marketing tools/platforms for campaign activation (e.g., Google Marketing Platform and Facebook, Programmatic DSPs and AdTech, etc.). You'll also have expertise in online marketing strategies, user experience, and business development, and strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
