Senior Marketing Executive Ivie Wellness (21892) in London

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Ivie Wellness, an omni-channel wellness brand developed as part of the Wellness Futures arm of Holland and Barrett. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will report to the Marketing Growth Lead and support the Head of Growth in implementing and optimizing marketing activities across the whole marketing mix with a focus on digital marketing and social media. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a start-up environment with a dynamic agile test and learn approach, while also being exposed to a large retail marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute online and offline initiatives to attract traffic to digital channels, including gamification, digital marketing, brand alliances, on-ground activation, and more.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing channels on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with the Content team to generate ideas and implement them across social media channels. Monitor feedback and comments on social channels.
• Manage our CRM, including both service messaging and marketing messaging.
• Oversee day-to-day management of our reviews and affiliate platforms.
• Collaborate with the core marketing team to optimize opportunities from H&B campaigns and existing customer base.
• Work with external content and external agencies to create marketing assets and content.
• Respond to external events and news to optimize sales opportunities.
• Support project rollouts and work with internal comms colleagues to create assets that bring Ivie to life and inspire.
• Create and manage competitor monitoring.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.
• Junior level experience in a marketing role.
• Experience with relevant marketing tools and platforms is a plus, but more importantly, confidence with data and systems and the ability to learn at pace.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in creating content for own channels.
• Strong planning skills with the ability to flexibly respond to opportunities.
• Interest in health and wellness.

Location:

Flexible - The Ivie team is based all over the country and uses the London office as a base for meetings each week.
