Location: Hybrid working, with weekly travel to offices near Manchester.

About your experience (What you can offer us)

  • As an expert in reward alongside offering substantial leadership capabilities, you are likely to thrive in a role that offers you the autonomy and opportunity to make an impact quickly. To make a difference, we are looking for someone who can offer:
  • Experience of evolving reward and recognition in an organisation that puts its people first.
  • Experience of design, implementation, and execution of total reward strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience of working at scale at a senior level, leading reward across a sizeable and complex organisation.
  • A credible and consultative approach, with an ability to apply reward theory to a wide and varied audience.
  • Strong influencing skills, alongside effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of leading a range of reward projects and initiatives cross functionally.
  • People management experience would be advantageous, although not essential.
