We need you to help us to continue to evolve our reward strategy in service of our exciting business objectives. If you are a talented Head of Reward, keen to join our People Leadership team and take responsibility for the implementation, execution, and delivery of the total reward strategy, then this role could be right for you.

• Experience of evolving reward and recognition in an organisation that puts its people first.
• Experience of design, implementation, and execution of total reward strategy.
• Demonstrable experience of working at scale at a senior level, leading reward across a sizeable and complex organisation.
• A credible and consultative approach, with an ability to apply reward theory to a wide and varied audience.
• Strong influencing skills, alongside effective stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of leading a range of reward projects and initiatives cross functionally.
• People management experience would be advantageous, although not essential.
