We are really pleased to announce our next Recruitment Evening in your area, dedicated to finding fantastic staff in Portsmouth and Basingstoke showrooms!

About The Role
We are looking for candidate to fill multiple job roles:
 
Kitchen Sales Designer
You will discuss our end to end customer journey, including full home measure service, kitchen design process and installation options with our customers. You will generate inspirational designs from customer preferences using our bespoke 3D CAD software, and explain all key documents and financial options with customers, ensuring all personal details collected are accurate. The working hours are 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
 
Weekend Sales Advisor
You will proactively approach customers as they enter the showroom or while browsing to confidently talk about, and introduce customers to Wren Kitchens. You will guide customers around the showroom, discussing the current offers available, building rapport and understanding their needs. The working hours are every Saturday and Sunday, 6 hours per day.
 
Assistant Showroom Manager (Basingstoke)
You will identify opportunities for the team to increase sales growth and ensure that Wren's standard of customer service is being consistently delivered. You will always display a can-do attitude, maintaining a positive and motivating environment. As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
  • In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document
About You

Our showrooms are the best in the business, but ultimately, Wren is defined by its people.

We are looking for self-motivated high achievers who are passionate about looking after our customers.

  • You are customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail
  • You are results driven and motivated to exceed KPI’s
  • Sales/Kitchen design experience is preferable but not essential as comprehensive training is provided
  • You'll be available to work the hours needed for the relevant role
