We also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’s leading international bank.
Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.
Role Description:
IAM Technology is a global engineering and development team providing Identity and Access Management technology for HSBC. We provide and support many of the Bank’s most critical IAM infrastructure services including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management and Access Governance. We are passionate about providing high-quality, automated and self service solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain overarching Cloud Access Management strategy in alignment with wider Technology Strategy and in consideration with IAM capabilities
- Interface with all the IAM functions (Engineering, Service Delivery, Governance and Controls) to ensure Cloud access management is representative of and embedded
- Owns the relationship with Global Cloud Services (GCS) on behalf of IAM
- Owns the relationship with the 4 Major Cloud Service Providers (Alibaba, AWS, Azure & GCP) from an IAM perspective
- Owns the Cloud Privileged Access Documents (PADs) and accountable for completeness
- Owns the Cloud CPAi feed and accountable for integrity and completeness
- Define and drive embedding of a strategic Cloud Access Management roadmap
- Implementing new ways of working aligned to the strategy and stakeholders’ feedback.
- Facilitate skills uplift for IAM teams.
