IT Support technician in Edinburgh

What are you going to do:
We are looking for a technician who has some basic knowledge and experience perhaps from completing an apprenticeship or college course in networking or an IT support related subject.
The ideal person will have the following personal attributes:
- Enjoy dealing with people, both on the phone and face to face
- Patient and approachable
- Enthusiastic
- Passionate about providing the highest level of customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive and committed team
- Aptitude for troubleshooting problems
- Enjoy learning and working with new technology
- Professional in both approach and appearance
Skills and experience required
- At least 1 years hands-on experience with Windows desktop, Microsoft Office and networking
- Experience of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
- Industry recognised qualifications such as CompTiA, Microsoft Certs
