About the Role:

As a Resourcing Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for our Retail, Distribution, and Contact Centre functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, select, and onboard top talent that aligns with our business objectives and values. This is a key role in driving our resourcing strategy and ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies and plans for Retail, Distribution, and Contact Centre functions in alignment with the overall HR and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent pipelines.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates to fill vacancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including the completion of all pre-employment checks and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices, and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market, and recruitment best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the HR team and hiring managers.
The Person:

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the Retail, Distribution, or Contact Centre.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective resourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  • Ability to conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and reference checks.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, technologies, and ATS and HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and improvements.

Location:

Hybrid and Flexible working - Resourcing team is based around Midlands and London and uses Nuneaton and London offices as a base for meetings each week. There may be occasional out-of-hours working to support the delivery of services or respond to opportunities, as we are a global, digitally enabled business that values self-driven colleagues who determine the most appropriate place to work to achieve their best performance and optimum output.
