We are looking to fill a Full-time logistics coordinator role in London for a fashion brand! The hourly pay range is £10,42 - £11.90!

24 - 40 hours per week

Between £10.42 and £11.90 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

We are looking for a Full-time logistics coordinator in London to cover the summer peak!

The peak will be in June- July. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is available to start asap.

What you will do:

Pick, Pack and dispatch Ecommerce orders within the given timeframe, in-line with packaging and brand guidelines;
Generate shipment paperwork to ensure the timely delivery of all shipments;
Liaise with courier companies to mitigate potential delays or service interruptions;
Prepare packaging in preparation for shipments;
Report on stationary levels to ensure that items are well stocked;
Approve and create paperwork for Ecommerce returns ensuring that stock is tracked back into the store;
Communicate with Customer Service on shipment timelines and stock queries;
Raising paperwork for inbound shipments.

At least finished college A levels
Basic experience of shipping and courier services;
Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the online trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile;
