About the role

We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to join our Group FP&A team and support the wider business, and executive members, on financial analysis and reporting. This role will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to aid better decision making across the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial and non-financial reporting, and insightful analysis, to senior members of the business (including the Executive team)
  • Attending regular review sessions with directors to present relevant financial and headcount information
  • Overseeing the period end process for the central function including balance sheet reconciliation reviews
  • Period end headcount reporting, including accrual & prepayment management, balance sheet reviews and actual vs budget reporting for individual teams
  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly financial information to support the Investor Relations team
  • Working closely with divisional teams and the group FP&A function to produce a periodic board pack
  • Producing in depth and informative commentary & analysis on financial and non-financial metrics
  • Partnering with divisional finance teams to build plans to support the business
  • Providing up to date financial information to support our fortnightly rolling forecast process, liaising regularly with Directors & department heads to support on decision making
  • Attending regular review sessions with Directors to present relevant financial and headcount information

About you

  • ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with several years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Confident presenting financial information to senior members of the business
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Flexible and able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
