What are you going to do:

Since 2015, AlphaZeta team members have been organising and developing parties in the most coveted establishments in Barcelona. As the world evolves and turns more and more towards digital, we decided to launch a new agency with the aim of changing the tourism landscape in Catalonia. AlphaZêta is creating a place for itself in the world of events in Barcelona, having acquired the necessary experience thanks to its managers.

From discos, bars, pool parties to boat parties, our aim is to provide tourists who come to Barcelona with daily activities to make their holiday unforgettable.

Your job :

You will be the direct link between the events and the customers. This is why we are looking for party planners, not flyer distributors. You will have all the tools you need to make as many sales as possible :

• Sales training
• Support from your team leader
• Help in finding accommodation,
• Work planning and challenges.

The final goal is to sell the maximum tickets for our events. As it is a versatile job you will also help us through our venues (organising games, entries, Tik Tok, modelling job, branding, animation for customers).

Here is some more information about this:  

• Training: When you arrive, you will be taken care of by your team leader, who will teach you the sales techniques (theoretical and practical) related to our activities. You will be given the opportunity to work with an experienced salesperson to start with, and we will support you throughout your experience at Alpha Zeta.

• Schedule and timetable: To make your experience successful, you will work 5 days a week, 35 hours a week. Most of the work is done during the day, but you will also be asked to manage and supervise the smooth running of events 2 evenings a week. Rest assured, the schedules are organised so that you can also enjoy Barcelona and create memorable moments.
