Greeter / Runner - £30 - £50 per Greet in London

What are you going to do:

• Collect the keys and arrive at the property 30-60 minutes before the guests to familiarise yourself with the home. 
• Do the final checks of the home
• Completing any last minute set up.
• Welcoming the guests to the property.
• Check the guests ID.
• Showing them the appliances and how they work.
• Answer any questions guests have
• Reporting any feedback to the Guest Relations team.
• You may on occasion also be asked if you are available to complete runner tasks such as delivering keys.

• What we offer:

  • £30 per Greet with a guest’s scheduled arrival time between 7am and 9pm and £50 where the guests' scheduled arrival time is after 9pm or before 7am. This includes your time to travel to and from the property, including collecting the keys (either from our office or from a location close to the property) and up to 1 hour and 45 minutes at the property. If you need to spend additional time at the property and can do so, you will be paid an additional fee of £15 per hour (pro-rated to £7.50 for every half-hour). The fee is inclusive of all travel costs.
