You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities & autism. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.

The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day: 7:00am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm - 10:00pm, including weekends on a rota basis. Permanent, full-time 37.5 hours a week. Extra hours are optional.

Where you will be working

185 Arabella Dr, Roehampton, London SW15 5LH

Arabella Drive is based in Roehampton and is part of our learning disability and autism division and provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours which, due to their diagnosis may be seen as challenging.
 
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.

Your aim will be to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.

All what we expect from you is: 
  • We are encouraging drivers to apply for this Male Support Worker vacancy based in Roehampton, and must hold the UK driving licence, as part of the role, you will be using the company vehicle to escort the staff and service users to the local destinations. This is to accommodate the needs of our male service users in the most efficient manner.
