Customer Analytics Manager (23072) in London

As the Customer Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in embedding insights into our core processes and guiding customer-led decision making.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of their business areas to identify opportunities and risks for improved customer-centric outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify insight requirements and deliver actionable insights using a variety of customer-centric data sources.
• Present compelling and insightful customer analysis to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring the format to suit different audiences.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis from customer data, providing valuable insights and recommendations for strategic projects.
• Continuously seek out and apply analytical and insight techniques to enhance the quality, impact, and efficiency of our insights.
• Foster a culture of best practices and knowledge sharing among the insight team, ensuring a singular, consistent consumer view.

Location: 

The company has a base in London and Nuneaton and some travel will be required to both locations, however the role is predominately based in Nuneaton. There may also be occasional travel outside of the UK.  We're a global, digitally enabled business and we expect our colleagues to be self-driven and to determine the most appropriate place to work each day to meet the requirements of the role, achieve their best performance and optimum output.

• Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to colleagues at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking with a customer and commercial focus, driving business performance and exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating and analysing data from various sources to gain a holistic understanding of consumer issues and opportunities.
• Passionate about data and insight, with a curious and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and able to define and prioritize requirements effectively.
• A team player with a result-driven mindset and attention to detail.

Technical capabilities:

• Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills, with a degree-level qualification.
• Proficiency in SQL for dataset analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive key insights.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, Metabase, PowerBI, or similar BI tools.
