Locum Relationship Assistant in Chester House, Epsom Ave, Handforth, Cheadle, Greater Manchester, SK9 3DF

Our Locum Relationship’s Team are looking for an Assistant to join their newly created team. Working alongside 3 other colleagues you will be providing our Joint Venture Partners with operational support. You will be the first point of contact ensuring all queries are answered professionally and promptly. This is a new team that’s launched in the business – it’s a very exciting time to join, as the team is evolving and constantly growing. You will also be liaising with different stakeholders across the business, and growing and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team inbox on a rota system
• Manage a database of Locum Vet / Nurse and Practice availability, to facilitate the engagement of both parties
• Proactively manage and be responsible for onboarding processes such as producing contracts, checking ID and Professional Registrations and Insurances
• Process data and generate contracts through our internal HR system
• Conduct IR35 Compliance Assessments
• Process Right to Work verification documents
• Ensure that files are fully completed and compliant, to meet audit requirements
• Provide weekly activity reports as required to Line Manager
• Ensure that you always work within the boundaries of current employment legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling colleague data and throughout the activities or projects you are involved in

Preferred:

• Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Eligibility to Work in the UK and Statutory requirements
