Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant in Sheffield

Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Be responsible for Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion projects deliverables including scope, roadmap plan by overseeing the design & development through technical/functional solutions and including all artefacts.

·         Analyze requirements, propose solutions and engage with business stakeholders or product or value streams of Technical, Functional Solution design, and project execution plan including the scheduling of project deliverables.

·         Work with Business stakeholder and prepare Specification for Dashboard/reports development.

·         Providing solutions, escalation management, and deliver regular communications to stakeholders on the progress, issues, risks etc. of the project.

·         Design, Build, Deploy and Maintain ERP solution-end to end for multiple countries. (Complex Change Requests for existing sites and new rollouts for smaller countries)

·         Assess impact on Design & solution, due to any change requests being deployed in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials, Procurement and Billing Modules.

·         Support various testing, application upgrade, environment build and Production Incidents.

·         Build and Maintain project artefacts-design documents, configuration documents, accounting workbook etc. as per project needs.

·         Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services within rapidly evolving SaaS/PaaS offerings.

·         Deliver Oracle Cloud Fusion technical expertise to customers when implementing solutions and developments, Assist with defining Scope and estimates for new project.

·         Collaborate by sharing knowledge and best practice within the practice and cross lines of business.

·         Develop peer network to provide and receive product and skills assistance.

·         Working with Global time zone team’s delivery model and having flexible working hours to support shifts and working according to company policies and processes.

Requirements

Essential Skillset/Experience:

 

·         Any degree with Strong Finance and Accounting background.

·         Oracle Fusion Financials & Oracle Fusion or EBS Tax knowledge.

·         Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

·         Proven functional consultant in multiple modules like General Ledger, Fixed assets, Cash management, Accounts Receivable, Fusion Tax, Fusion Accounting Hub.

·         Having work experience as functional consultant across implementation and support.

·         Should have prior work experience in solution design, business process review and implementing best practices.

·         Should have had exposure to end to end life cycle of implementations & Change Control procedures.

·         Applicant should have full knowledge in Oracle ERP/ Cloud Fusion Finance Business Process modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CA, Procurement and configuration knowledge.

·         Applicant should have Excellent client interfacing skills working with IT, as well as business stakeholders and writing & reviewing Functional & Technical design documents

·         Applicate should be export in executing the Oracle ERP implementation projects in Oracle AMIS, Agile & SDLC.

·         Experience in Banking and Financial services industry is preferred.

·         Must have good soft skill, good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

 

 

The role will be based in Sheffield but some travel may be required. This role supports Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week)
