What are you going to do:
We are looking for two candidates for a summer internship, ideal for someone in between college and university, or during their university summer break.
Tasks will include:
- Assisting the sales team in booking hotels, completing booking administration and lead management
- Assisting the operations team in preparing and packing customers' documentation
- Purchasing new stock when needed
- Despatching documents at the Post Office
- Collecting tickets from St Pancras station
The successful candidate will work a 37.5 hour week at a rate of £12 per hour. The position will start as soon as possible and run until early September. If you need to take some time off for holiday or anything else you've pre-planned across the summer, we can be flexible with that.
The hours would be 9am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday, with flexible timings possible - for example an early shift 8am to 4:30pm or 10am to 6:30pm.
We are a fun and happy team of 10, 7 of which are in the office regularly. We have regular company outings and drinks and are planning a social evening with clients later in the summer.
