Job description

Wellness Futures is the venture arm of Holland and Barrett. Ivie is an omnichannel wellness brand that has been developed by this team. Ivie uses testing to unlock early insights into wellness and offers ‘so what' solutions to D2C, B2B, and B2G audiences as part of test and wellness packages. We will offer both digital and in-store solutions so users can personalise their experience. Instore also allows us to offer phlebotomy and extended blood testing options.

We will be delivering ‘so what' solutions with our colleagues in H&B as well as curated, best-in-class partners. We will be developing a life-long wellness record and looking to develop multiple testing options to ensure that Ivie can deliver wellness for ALL.

Tests are sold in-store and online at H&B.com as well as via the iviewellness.co site and results as well as follow on solutions and support is delivered via the Ivie Wellness App.

 

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Ivie team helping us test multiple hypotheses at a pace, looking at innovative ways to create MVP to test and refine our longer term vision.

As a Product Manager within this team, you will be responsible for

  • Conducting market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation.
  • Defining and prioritising product requirements, creating detailed user stories and product specifications.
  • Collaborating with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable product plans, user interfaces, and prototypes.
  • Driving agile development methodologies, coordinating sprints, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
  • Monitoring key metrics against objectives to evaluate the success and impact of the product.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to diagnostics testing and wellness solutions
  • Comfortable testing multiple hypotheses at a pace and working with the engineering team to source simple GTM solutions to deliver at pace and where necessary, failing fast.
The Person

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to use data, insight, and logical reasoning to develop clear product requirements and reduce time to market
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development and experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated success in launching consumer-facing products from concept to market.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence a difficult stakeholder environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience in the health industry or familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is beneficial
  • Experience working within an SME or Health tech start-up would be useful as we aim to innovate at pace
