About the role

As a Technical Program Manager at H&B, you will deliver cross-functional technology programs, influencing and collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, and business colleagues to release new products and features. 

You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of products in the wellness space impacting millions of people's lives.

You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade offs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints. You will work on maintaining existing products, developing new features, and supporting new product development

  • Lead and work effectively with Project Sponsors and Engineering Teams to define and deliver complex features.
  • Anticipate, identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
  • Create, maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities

Skills and experience

  • Extensive Technical program management experience in a related industry
  • Experience in Software Development, Architecture or QA is essential to building credibility and relationships with engineering teams – specifically cloud computing experience (preferably AWS), DevOps, Test Automation, Continuous Delivery, Deployment Strategies (canary release, blue-green, etc)
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to numerous audiences at multiple levels of the organisation
  • Extensive experience with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycles 
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on programs
