The Role

This role is open to support Holland and Barrett transformation recruitment. Interim Resourcing Business Partner will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and developing effective resourcing strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers
  • Utilising various sourcing channels to attract top talent, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding processes and a positive candidate experience
  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects and process enhancements within the HR function

Location: 

Hybrid / Flexible – our Hub is based in Nuneaton and we also have office in London, we will expect you to travel to one of these locations occasionally for meetings and depending on business needs be present up to few days a week in the office.

The Person

Key Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a full-cycle recruiter in an in-house capacity
  • Proven experience working with ATS and recruitment reporting systems
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, experience managing senior stakeholders relationship
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (preferred)
