We have a one-off Customer Service job in Greenock open on Sept 2nd! Ideal for true customer service representatives. The hourly pay is £10.42!
What are you going to do:
Working as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with checking in and any queries they have about the service they are using.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have true hospitality skills and have a drive for delivering a high service level. You will be working within a team on a one-off job. Is all goes well, we are more than happy to add you to future bookings in this area.
Your main tasks include:
- Using a computer system to check passengers in and out of the cruise;
- Assisting guest with disembarking the ship;
- Helping with/giving information about services;
- Support with any questions passengers may have;
- Other ad-hoc customer service tasks!
The job of a customer service representative is of huge importance to the cruise ship in representing the company in the best possible way, you would be one of the first points of contact for customers, so being chatty and friendly is a must for this role!
Shift start - 02/09/2023
Various shift patterns available
10:00-16:00 / 10:00-17:00
Morning shift 6:00am- 9:30am
Pay rate:
The pay for this role is hourly and will be £10.42 per hour.
