As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development, optimisation, and growth of our digital wellness services marketplace.

Role Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in driving the success of our digital wellness services marketplace. This role requires a highly curious, motivated, and competent individual with a proven track record in product management, particularly in coordinating engineering teams and integrating 3rd-party applications in a headless ecommerce structure. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the digital marketplace landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and maintain a clear and compelling vision for the digital wellness services marketplace aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify new market opportunities and innovative product features to enhance the platform's offering and drive customer engagement.
  • Define and prioritise product roadmaps based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and industry trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with external engineering teams, UX/UI designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the marketplace's features and improvements.
  • Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

 

Technical Integration and Headless Ecommerce:

  • Lead the integration of 3rd-party applications and services into the headless ecommerce architecture.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless and efficient integration of new functionalities.
  • Ensure platform scalability and performance meet the demands of a growing marketplace

Product Development and Optimization:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to implementation and post-launch monitoring.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise user experience, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
  • Analyse key performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement iterative enhancements.

 

User Experience and Design:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a visually appealing and intuitive user interface that aligns with the company's branding and enhances user engagement.
  • Champion user-centric design practices and conduct usability tests to gather valuable insights.

 

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Utilise market insights to position the digital wellness services marketplace effectively and drive competitive advantage.

 

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Use data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and prioritise product initiatives.
  • Regularly analyse user behaviour and engagement patterns to identify growth opportunities and address pain points.

 

Requirements:

  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in digital marketplaces or ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong technical background with experience in coordinating engineering teams and working with headless ecommerce architectures.
  • Solid understanding of integrating 3rd-party applications and services into digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with the wellness industry and understanding of customer needs and preferences in this domain.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving growth.
