Product Manager - Personalisation (24201) in London

About the role:

We are seeking a curious and experienced Product Manager to lead our Personalisation product and engineering squad at Holland & Barrett, the leading health and well-being retailer in the UK and aboard. As the Product Manager for Personalisation, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional  customer experience across our stores, app and web both in the UK and global markets. The role will be instrumental in driving growth for Holland & Barrett while enhancing the overall customer experience, providing customers with tailored advice, guidance, and product recommendations to achieve their health and wellness goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Holland & Barrett personalisation squad to define and execute the ideal customer experience across all H&B instore and online channels, ensuring alignment with our product (OKRs). 
  • Collaborate day-to-day with the engineering squad to develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and features. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, design, engineering, marketing, and trading, to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience that aligns with the company's overarching goals. 
  • Utilise customer insights and data to identify opportunities for reducing customer pain points and driving growth through personalized experiences. 
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the successful delivery of products. 
  • Engage with senior leaders, providing transparency in decision-making and planning processes. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple squads to drive and execute the overall product strategy, fostering a cohesive approach to personalisation across the organization. 
Key requirements:

Experience: 

  • 2-4 years of proven product management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in personalistion and retail/e-commerce /data domains. 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality products at a fast pace, resulting in measurable business growth and enhanced customer experiences. 
  • Strong command of lean UX principles, including A/B and MVT testing, to continually improve and optimise our personalisation efforts. 
  • Strong experience in delivering e2e customer experience, journey mapping, cross-squad dependency mapping and ability to influence multiple squads and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set up, report, and interpret data using a variety of tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Content Square. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple squads and stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation. 
  • Desirable: A deep understanding of machine learning, product recommendations and omni-channel experiences
