About the role
As part of the digital studio team you will be reporting into our Digital Studio Manager and will be working closely with the in-house e-comm product photography team.
This role will be influential in helping the team stay on top of planned, and occasional ad hoc, e-comm requests.
Primarily, you will ensure all imagery is executed as required, that all retouching is on point and you will also be responsible for updating all relevant trackers accordingly. You will be in charge of guaranteeing all naming conventions, sizes and formats are correct, while also having one eye on making sure any specific requirements are met.
A proven background in digital asset management and an understanding of the e-comm production process, as well as an ability to communicate effectively across departments is essential. Knowledge of using photoshop would also be an advantage.
Previous experience of working in the pet industry would be ideal – but not essential.

About your experience
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised individual to work as part of our creative team and apply your experience within a friendly and fast-paced environment. The following skills are required:

• +3 years’ experience in a similar role
• The ability to manage the web image collateral process - specifically product still life
• Strong background in image uploading, file management or working with a DAM system
• Great time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Capture One would be ideal
• Experience of reviewing retouched assets at volume
• The ability to effectively communicate any image issues and rework requests to a photography team
• Strong, and demonstrative, administerial skills
• Intermediate level (or above) knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience of working with a digital product merchandising team
• Previous experience of updating product trackers and databases
• Can work well autonomously or as part of a team – this will be a hybrid working role
• Strong working knowledge of following photography style guides/specifications
• Can take constructive feedback and direction
• Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving e.g. managing rapidly changing and conflicting deadlines
• Ability to interpret a brief thoroughly
• Previous experience of assisting with the e-comm product sample process e.g. checking in and checking out
• Consumer marketing experience would be advantageous
• Any previous styling or creative experience would also be useful

A detail-oriented individual who can work at pace and cares enthusiastically about ensuring all imagery output from the studio is of the very highest quality.
You will be someone with a meticulous eye for detail who can spot any photography or retouching errors as well as identifying any duplication.
You will also have a real passion for creativity and can demonstrate that across our photographic execution. For example, we need someone who will constantly revisit our style guides with solutions on how to improve or streamline our execution.
