Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and cooking of meals
• Ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the company’s policies and procedures
• Undertake general kitchen duties, including putting away deliveries, cleaning and washing up.
• Ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with current Guidelines

To be successful in this role, you will:

• A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety in the workplace
• Relevant Catering Qualification
• Basic Food Hygiene Level 2
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
