We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Resolvability Assessment Framework Specialist, Corporate Governance & Secretariat. 

The Senior Manager and  Individual Accountability Regime Management Office (‘SMR&RA”) oversees the UK’s Senior Managers’ and Certification Regime (“SMCR”) requirements within the HSBC Group on behalf of the Group and Legal Entity CEOs and the Management in Resolution (MiR) requirements relating to the Bank of England’s Resolvability and Resolution requirements. 

In this role, you will:

•    Co-ordinate MiR activities, such as population reviews, maintaining MiR documentation and HSBC’s RAF self-assessments to the BoE
•    Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (including senior leadership) to facilitate and embed the RAF
•    Continuously improve SMR & RA related processes, documentation and services
•    Periodically review the performance of the service against established controls, escalating any issues to the Head of SMCR and MiR
•    Produce relevant governance packs and quality MI, ensuring any risks, issues and streamlining opportunities are identified and escalated
•    Deliver change, lead and deliver assigned projects
•    Update governance, brief/train stakeholders and process participants as required
•    Work closely with and direct MiR administrative resources (GSC) on MiR matters

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Have experience of regulatory processes for example with Resolvability or the SMCR.
•    Working knowledge of HR, particularly in relation to Performance and Reward or Talent
•    Experience of managing and improving operational processes within a Financial Services environment
•    Project and change management experience 
•    Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, must be comfortable liaising with senior executives as well as operational teams
