Ice Rink Steward at Ally Pally £11.95 per hour (London Living Wage) Opportunity to work across public sessions, private hires and assisting with panto and ice hockey matches.

What are you going to do:
The Ice Rink Stewards are responsible for supporting the smooth running of all Leisure operations at Ally Pally's indoor ice rink.
Experience of working directly with customers and the ability to ice skate with confidence are essential. Previous experience working in an ice rink or leisure venue is desirable.
Work is offered on an as an when needed basis however there are lots of shifts available over the winter period. We also have seasonal contracts available with guaranteed work between November – January.
The hourly rate is £11.95 (London Living Wage)
Applicants must be 18 or over due to the nature of work and shift patterns
Duties include
- Helping customers on the ice
- Working in skate hire
- Checking tickets for public sessions, panto shows and ice hockey matches
- Preparing the site for private hires
- Keep a clean and tidy working environment
Essential
- Aged 18 +
- Fluent in English language
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience answering customer queries and assisting with complaints and questions
- Ability to ice skate with confidence
- Reliable & Punctual
- Available to work a flexible shift pattern including some evenings, weekends and public holidays
