  • Perform internal audit procedures on EY’s apprenticeship delivery in line with EY’s Apprenticeship Governance Framework
  • Maintain an understanding of, and support the preparation for, external audits, including ESFA funding, Ofsted, subcontractor audits and Institute visits, playing a key role during inspections
  • Maintain an understanding of EY's associated statutory and legal obligations in relation to safeguarding and Prevent
  • Ensure documentation of processes, procedures and key data points are maintained, reflect compliance requirements, and deliver any necessary training to others, such as Student Coaches, TSS and GDS
  • Oversee the collation and reporting of CPD for the Student Experience team, and those in key safeguarding roles, escalating concerns as necessary

Data and Management Information:

  • Prepare a range of management information reporting and data sets, including the identification of trends and themes, ahead of key management and board meetings, to enable continuous improvement
  • Support the ongoing development and enhancements of the Student Database to support the management of students whilst completing their programme and the ability to report to stakeholders
  • Prepare accurate and timely data submissions for regulatory reporting purposes
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual finance activities in relation to apprenticeship levy funding and Student Experience team budgets
