Camp Activity Leader in Oxfordshire
Join our fun and exciting Holiday Activity Camps team with work available each school holiday across 7 Oxfordshire locations.
What are you going to do:
Elite Youth Sports are looking for Holiday Camp Activity Leaders to work at our Multi-Activity Camps across Oxfordshire throughout the February half term (12th - 16th February) with further work in all school holidays.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 3:30pm or 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: £8.75 - £11.45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Reporting to: Camp Manager
Location: Multiple – Didcot, Abingdon, Thame, Wallingford, Bicester, Botley, Grove and Henley
Experience: 1 year coaching and/or childcare experience
EYS established in 2008, operate Holiday Activity camps to children up to the age of 13. The successful candidates will be energetic and willing to get involved.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled activities
- Ensure a safe environment and educational environment
- Ensure Elite Camps policies are being adhered to
- Be a role model to impressionable children
- Support the Camp Manager
- Maintain Health & Safety with equipment and activities

- At least finished high school
- Teamwork

- Level 2 NGB Sports Coaching or BTEC or A Level Sport or childcare qualifications
- 1 year’s sport coaching experience
- 1 year’s childcare experience or working with children
- A full driving licence and own transport
- Up to date DBS (can be applied for)
- Safeguarding Certificate (training can be given)
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate (not essential)
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
