If cash counting, maths and spreadsheets are in your comfort zone, then this could be your perfect job. Join Chadwick Lodge as a Finance Administrator and feel valued and supported.
Working 37.5 hours a week as a Finance Administrator, you will utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment as you turn your hand to everything finance admin-related, including assisting with the management of petty cash, managing the purchase order processing system and much more.

Your responsibilities will include
- Paying Out Patient Monies and Reconciliation
- Issuing and reconciliation of petty cash
- Covering Ordering goods and services
- Reconciling and banking ad hoc cash
- Banking, shop monies
- Recording and storage of patient property
- Covering for annual leave of Senior Finance Administrator
- To cover and complete ad-hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of EXCEL, SAGE and Outlook would be an advantage
- Confidence in handling cash and dealing with online accounts such as Amazon and TFL
- GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence are displayed in the accomplishment of all assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
