This role is field based covering the London area spending extended periods of time away from home over a 7-day week.

The Role

The Purpose of the Role:  

•    To Partner Implementation, Regional & Store teams through operational transition of stores investment with an unrelenting focus on customer centricity, colleagues and best in class execution. 
•    Ensure retail colleagues have regular and structured communication throughout the end-to-end critical path.
•    To co-ordinate, support and oversee all de-merchandising and merchandising activity for store investments. 
•    Maintain maximum customer offer during pre-closure enabling periods, trading refits and champion a customer first, both internal and external, mindset for all programme and phasing activity. 
•    Adhere to company merchandising standards at all times, calling out any risks and/or to customer look, feel and shopping experience.
•    Submit weekly reporting to programme teams on progress, risks & issues. 
•    Develop and share programme/project progress and dashboard reporting. 
•    Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are in place for stores at completion. 
•    Ensure all snagging/defect issues are raised and quick project close out is achieved. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from any business area or work stream. 
•    Work closely and in partnership with the wider project teams for all store investment activity. 
•    Ensure store teams are fully supported throughout the transition and fully onboarded in advance. 
•    Accept accountability with the support of Retail teams with signing off stores as complete.

 

 

The Person

Key Requirements: 

•    Good level of Retail operational experience.
•    Strong customer focus (internal, external and end-consumer).
•    Excellent communication and listening skills.
•    Experience with in-store merchandising. 
•    Ideally experienced in retail conversion or investment/refit programmes.
•    Good level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•    Ability to adapt and learn new systems, procedures and comfortable with working in a change environment.
•    An ability to work independently alongside working collaboratively.
•    Clean UK driving licence to drive multiple colleagues to a given location.
