Our knowledge of temporary buildings and our approach to customer service are built on 50 years experience.You can find out more about our history, what we do and our vision and values on our about us page.The RoleAs Operations Manager at our Northampton depot, youll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of the workshop team to ensure our buildings are maintained to the highest standard and made ready for delivery to our customers on time and within budget.To achieve this, youll ensure materials are readily available, equipment remains serviceable and you maintain a high performing team through effective recruitment, training and communication practises, whilst ensuring everyone is kept safe and well.About YouWhilst a background in temporary building hire would be advantageous, more importantly is experience of leading a team in a fast-paced environment where you have had to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems as they arise, such as manufacturing, fabrication or property maintenance. You will be highly organised with a passion for ensuring our customers receive the best service we can deliver.
