About The RoleAre you skilled at delivering outstanding customer sales experiences? Do you have experience in a sales or contact centre environment? Join our New Business team and become our next Customer Expert!As a New Business Customer Advisor operating in our call centre, you'll be taking calls from potential new members who are looking to join RAC for their breakdown cover (No Cold Calling!). You’ll be an expert on the features and benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover, and use your sales through service skills to quickly and effectively get them onboard. This is a busy and challenging role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy, and be right at home within our outstanding Bristol team!Base salary of £25,585 for a 35-hour working week, with an OTE of up to £32,000!Start Date: Monday 11th March 2024This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule covering all days of the week, including alternative weekends.
