A leading law firm are hiring for a Head of Legal within their Risk & Compliance Department, based in London. They are well known for their progressive take on roles in commercial business. Joining a team of 5 exceptional lawyers, you will be working closely with the firm’s General Counsel as well as other Partners across the law firm. Key Responsibilities: - Developing the strategy and vision for the Risk & Compliance function globally and acting as lead counsel on risk, compliance, and ethics matters. - Ensuring legal compliance of standard documentation and assisting in investigating complaints and conduct issues. Key Skills & Experience Required: - Essential legal sector experience, preferably in private practice. - 10 years+ PQE, qualified in England and Wales - Experience in making commercial business decisions and advising at the Board level.
