Enterprise Architecture Consultant develop is collaborating with a Tier 1 Bank undergoing a significant transformation in the services provided to customers, with technology playing a pivotal role in driving this change. This transformation represents an exciting shift towards an agile environment, and we are investing in establishing a new in-house engineering capability to spearhead this evolution. As such, we are seeking forward-thinking and innovative IT professionals who are eager to join us at the inception of this journey and help shape the future of banking. Your Impact: This is a novel and dynamic role that will collaborate closely with architecture and design teams, leading the charge in defining the portfolio's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include crafting and articulating the overarching enterprise architecture, fostering innovative ideas, methodologies, and tools that align with business objectives and portfolio requirements. Working alongside stakeholders, you will provide guidance on business strategies, enterprise transformation initiatives, and technology directions, while also influencing policies, standards, and practices. Ultimately, your contributions will drive the evolution of our long-term enterprise architecture strategy. As a member of the Enterprise Architecture Guild, you will play a key role in setting and advancing business strategy and architecture standards, facilitating business outcomes through pragmatic, value-driven solutions. Your Qualifications: Demonstrated strategic thinking, with the ability to operate across architectural domains, including Business and Technology, within the client's environment. Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, and the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with tools like BizzDesign and ServiceNow is advantageous, along with an understanding of BIAN, C4 Model for Architecture, and Archimate. Expertise in implementing enterprise architecture practices to support and enhance iterative/agile working methodologies. Experience in talent development and team leadership.
