Nursery Practitioner Dragonfly Day Nursery are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our Colchester, Essex branch. Essential Qualifications Must have childcare qualification level 3 or above. Have a good understanding about Health and Safety preventative measures. Commitment to safeguarding children and an ability to support other staff in ensuring all children are kept safe at all times. To supervise mealtimes and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is in operation when serving and preparing meals and snacks for the children To communicate effectively and regularly with the Nursery Manager To maintain confidentiality at all times To successfully build and maintain positive professional relationships with our parents and to ensure that you have open communications with them regarding their childs day to day. To have a sound knowledge of the children within your care and to be able to identify their next steps. To work with the Room Leader of your base room to ensure that the nursery continues to run to a high standard.
