Much of their work comes from referrals due to their exceptional reputation and their breadth of experience covering both Legal Aid and a large private client base, which enables them to offer a wide range of skills to assist the needs of their clients. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise a small team and handle a varied and interesting caseload, to include: Divorce and separation Financial remedy Co-habitation Children matters Pre and post-nuptial agreements Domestic violence It is essential you are experienced in dealing with Legal Aid matters and you should be experienced within Family Law work, Social Services & Childcare Proceedings, Care, Child Arrangements and Ancillary Relief.
