. Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from senior lawyers, who are available to start a new client assignment in Q1 2024. This assignment will ask the consultant to advise on EPCM and EPC arrangements, for approximately 3-6 months. Person specification: You are a qualified lawyer, with training and experience from a top tier law firm. You will have extensive experience in the energy and resources sector and experience in relation to the development of mining projects. You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner. You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available) and would ideally be based in London (or elsewhere in the UK and be able to travel to London as required).
